Fraud involves a knowing misrepresentation or misleading statement, writing, or activity made with the intent that the person receiving it will act upon it. Distribution and/or posting of copyrighted material or intellectual property infringements will not be tolerated. CheapSMS.com subscribers will be held responsible for any activity by third parties using their account that violates this Acceptable Use Policy.
You are responsible for any misuse of your account, even if the inappropriate activity was committed by a friend, family member, guest, or employee. You must take steps to ensure that others do not gain unauthorized access to your account.
CheapSMS.com specifically prohibits the use of our service for illegal activities. Therefore, Subscriber agrees that the Company may disclose any and all subscriber information including assigned IP numbers, account history, and account use to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request without further consent or notification to the Subscriber.
Subscriber acknowledges that the nature of the service furnished and the initial rates and charges have been communicated to them. The Company may prospectively change the specified rates and charges from time to time. Promotional offers are contingent upon the Company achieving and maintaining its cost of service goals.
Establishment of service is dependent upon receipt by the Company of payment of stated charges. Subsequent payments are due on the anniversary date of the month for that month's service, or on the annual renewal date in case of services purchased annually.
All payments to CheapSMS.com are non-refundable. This includes any service rendered or any service purchased online regardless of usage. All overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the time the dispute occurred.

The Company may temporarily deny and suspend ALL accounts and services provided to a customer or terminate this Agreement upon the failure of the customer to pay charges when due. Requests for canceling accounts may be made in writing with at least 30 days notice and not more than 60 days prior written notice, sent to info@cheapsms.com.
We send marketing and promotional messages to OPT-IN subscribers only. Promotional route SMS can reach non-DND active numbers. Transactional route SMS can reach DND active numbers including all numbers.
Bulk SMS prices vary from company to company. Our prices depend on our service operators and may change as operator pricing changes. Bulk SMS validity is unlimited as on the date of purchase. If an operator hikes prices, we reserve the right to adjust remaining SMS credits as per new hiked prices. No money is refundable at any cost — SMS credits are adjustable.
In agreeing to the CheapSMS.com Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Terms of Service (ToS), the customer indemnifies CheapSMS.com for any violation of the AUP and ToS that results in loss to CheapSMS.com or the bringing of any claim against CheapSMS.com by any third party. This means that if CheapSMS.com is sued because of a customer's activity, the customer will pay any damages awarded.
CheapSMS.com is not responsible for any damages your business may suffer. CheapSMS.com does not make implied or written warranties for any of our services and denies any warranty of merchantability for a specific purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions. In no event shall the company be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss, or injury.
Neither party shall be liable to the other for damages on account of failure of performance if the failure is occasioned by any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including war, strike, fire, Act of God, earthquake, flood, lockout, embargo, governmental acts or restrictions, failure of suppliers, or any other reason where failure to perform is beyond the reasonable control of the non-performing party.
We provide demo accounts and demo panels depending on availability. Demo accounts and panels may be different from original SMS panels and accounts. Demos are provided only for premium services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
If an operator hikes prices, we reserve the right to hike our prices or adjust remaining SMS credits as per new hiked prices. No money is refundable at any cost. SMS credits are adjustable.
This Agreement shall be construed in all respects in accordance with the law Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of court
CheapSMS.com reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify our TOS and other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted in accordance with our TOS.
